Intérêts de recherche

La sécurité publique, la santé, et la qualité de vie. Le sentiment d’insécurité, le milieu urbain (cadre bâti et environnement psycho-social), la santé mentale et physique.

Réactions publiques face au crime, et attitudes politiques. Perceptions du crime, préférences en termes de politiques pénales, l’idéologie politique et les systèmes moraux.

Les inégalités sociales. Trajectoires de pauvreté, défavorisation sociale absolue et relative, les relations intergroupes et la structure sociale.

Les méthodes quantitatives avancées. Analyse factorielle, analyse de trajectoires par classes latentes, modèles d’équations structurelles, analyses de régression quantile, analyses multiniveaux, analyses de données manquantes.
