Sooner or later we all have to deal with personal or work-related problems that can have consequences on our health, psychological well-being, and our job performance. INRS is there to help. We offer free support to members of the community going through tough times.
The Employee and Student Assistance Program (PAEE) is a psychological support service. It helps people dealing with issues like depression, anxiety, stress, burnout, substance abuse, interpersonal issues, marital or family problems, and traumatic events find solutions before the situation gets worse. The end goal is to help those seeking assistance to regain their personal well-being, health, and quality of life of as quickly as possible.
Professional help for personal problems
The PAEE is a free, confidential support service you can access at any time. Help is discreet and immediate. No one will know you are using the program, unless you tell them yourself. You are entitled to four hours of consultations with qualified staff specializing in psychology, social work, sexology, psychotherapy, and other practice areas.
Someone is standing by to evaluate your situation and needs 24 hours a day, 7 days week. Incoming requests are assessed by degree of urgency or crisis, and once you’ve made the initial contact, help is on the way.
