Our Employee and Students Assistance Program is available to everyone, 24/7. It is completely confidential and entirely free of charge. No one will know you are using the program, unless you tell them yourself. Call toll-free at 1-800-361-2433. The Employee and Students Assistance Program provides free access to a wide range of resources, support and tools. It reflects INRS’s ongoing commitment to promoting the well-being of staff and students and protecting their personal information. Call toll free at 1-888-401-VACS (8227) for help, attentive listening and any questions you may have about sexual violence. Your call will be forwarded to the CAVAC in your region. The service is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. If you leave a voicemail, your call will be returned within the next 48 hours. There are CAVACs in a number of regions across Quebec and they provide services in English and French.
