INRS offers various free and confidential services to members of its community experiencing personal, employment or academic difficulties, such as a self-help network, professional support and self-care tools.

Wellness Together Canada

A website that helps you assess how well you’re functioning and your level of well-being or distress. It also provides self-help tools, peer coaching, and immediate one-on-one counselling by chat. The goal is to support you on your mental health journey and help with any difficulties you may be facing due to isolation, physical health concerns, substance abuse, financial and employment issues, and emotionally charged discussions about racial equality.
