File a Complaint of Psychological Harassment or Sexual Violence

If you are a victim or a witness, you can file a complaint with the INRS Complaints Office, which is also available to answer any questions you may have. Let’s work together to stop psychological harassment and sexual violence.

To file a complaint or ask a question, please write to:

Complaints Office

The General Secretariat will appoint an external, independent and impartial investigator with no employment relationship with INRS to handle complaints that are deemed admissible.

When a complaint is filed against an executive or a member of the INRS General Secretariat, it must be submitted in accordance with the Disclosure of Wrongdoing Directive (available in the Documents normatifs section) through the secure and anonymous Connexions Clearview website.
