Research Internships

Doing a research internship at Institut national de la recherche scientifique (INRS) is a great way to explore a new environment, acquire new knowledge, and help chart your academic path going forward.

It’s also an opportunity to:

  • Get hands-on research experience
  • Participate in a cutting-edge research project
  • Contribute to knowledge transfer projects that meet societal needs
  • Work with researchers from many different backgrounds and fields

INRS offers undergraduate and graduate internships in strategic fields such as renewable energy, nanotechnology, biotechnology, family, and urban sustainability to students from Quebec and around the world. Once students have successfully completed their internships, they receive an internship certificate.
