Research interests

Professor Bergeron is primarily interested in river geomorphology and fish habitat. More specifically, his research interests include winter processes in rivers and fish winter habitat; use of geomatics for river characterization and habitat modelling; sediment transport; spawning habitat quality; habitat selection and fish movement; and the effect of human disturbance on rivers and fish habitat.
