BEFORE THE CEREMONY

1 p.m.

Dressing and briefing of Center directors, professors, guests of honor and graduates

Graduates are expected on May 11, 2024, starting at 12:30 p.m. at the Centre Mont-Royal. Your punctuality is vital to the success of the graduation ceremony, which relies on complex logistics.

2 p.m.

Opening of the doors (for family and friends)

2:15 p.m.

Line up of the processions

The person in charge of the dressing room will give you precise instructions for your official entry into the ceremony room and your passage onto the stage. Pay close attention.

You will be lined up in a precise order to enter the ceremony room to the applause of your family and friends. It’s important to maintain your position in the procession, as it corresponds to the order in which you will march on stage to receive your diploma.

A festive moment to share with your loved ones, teachers and fellow graduates!

6:15 p.m.

End of event and departure of the buses

Don’t forget to return your gown and epitome to the dressing room before you leave. You may keep your mortar. Charter buses head back to Quebec City.
