The Employee and Student Assistance Program (PAEE)

The Employee and Student Assistance Program (PAEE) is a professional assistance service, provided by TELUS Santé, that is there to help solve your problems.

You’ll get help and support for minor personal problems. For more complex problems, the assistance program should redirect you to other resources.

The PAEE is an immediate or short-term, confidential, no-cost professional counselling service that you can access at any time.

It helps people dealing with issues find solutions before the situation gets worse. The end goal is to help those seeking assistance to regain their personal well-being, health, and quality of life of as quickly as possible. Help is discreet and immediate. No one will know you are using the program, unless you tell them yourself.

Your INRS Employee and Student Assistance Program includes four (4) free hours per year from January 1 to December 31, all types of service combined :

Psychological support, Legal, Financial, Career guidance, Psychoeducation
