Research interests
Professor Adjallé’s research interests are in environmental biotechnology and green chemistry for the production of value-added bioproducts, biofuels, and biomaterials. Specifically, his research focuses on:
- Pretreatment and enzymatic hydrolysis of lignocellulosic residues for biorefining
- Production by fermentation and formulation of bioproducts (biopesticides, enzymes, etc.) for different applications
- Production of microalgae for energy purposes and to obtain specific molecules
- Development of biosourced materials (glues, resins and thermal insulation foam) from lignin and tannins
