Research interests
My research primarily focuses on internal migration, social network analysis, and computational demography.
I am particularly interested in understanding the role of interpersonal networks in demographic processes, especially in the dynamics of migration and fertility.
Currently, I study internal migration in Quebec and Canada, analyzing its trends at a macro level, while also exploring, at a micro level, how internal migration shapes and integrates into individual life course trajectories. This includes examining its interaction with other major life course transitions.
More broadly, I am interested in leveraging computational methods and novel data sources to address complex research questions in population studies.
