INRS retirees

Are you an INRS retiree? This section contains information about your pension plan and association.

Pension plan

The Université du Québec (UQ) pension plan (RRUQ) is intended for employees of UQ institutions and a few other employers with ties to the UQ. INRS is one of them.

Membership in the RRUQ is automatic and compulsory for all eligible employees.

If you have any questions about your pension plan, please visit the RRUQ website
