Armand-Frappier Santé Biotechnologie Research Centre
Students have free access to a training room located in Building 18. The campus also offers outdoor facilities such as a volleyball court, soccer field, floor field hockey area and basketball hoop.
Eau Terre Environnement Research Centre
There is a workout room (room 1320) that includes a stationary bike, treadmill, exercise mat and some dumbbells. Showers are also available for users. Reservation required (intranet, VPN connection required outside INRS)

Quebec City Research Centre: A small training room is available in room 1320, including a stationary bike, treadmill and some dumbbells. Reserve a time slot
Montreal Research Centre: A gym is located on the 6th floor in room 6119. To have access to it, you must make a reservation.
Gymnasiums accessible with the student card – Sports facilities in Montreal
To encourage student fitness, INRS has an agreement with ÉTS allowing INRS students to use ÉTS sports facilities. Under this agreement, you pay the same rates as ÉTS students for sports centre services and related activities. Simply present your INRS student card at our partner institution and mention that you want to register at the sports centre.
Note that Urban Studies students have access to the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM) gym through the joint study programs.
