Intérêts de recherche

Le professeur Lionel Roué est électrochimiste de formation. Au cours des dernières années, il a développé une programmation scientifique centrée sur l’étude de nouveaux matériaux d’électrode (plus particulièrement les matériaux nanostructurés préparés par broyage mécanique).

Ces projets traitent des aspects fondamentaux de l’électrochimie propres à ces matériaux et abordent également des volets plus pratiques liés à l’utilisation de ces matériaux dans diverses applications électrochimiques (batteries Li-S et Li-ion, electrolyse de l’aluminium, traitement d’effluents…).

  • Développement de méthodes de caractérisation in-situ (émission acoustique, dilatométrie, tomographie RX…) appliquées à l’étude de matériaux de batteries Li-ion et Li-S.
  • Développement d’électrodes négatives à base de Si pour batteries Li-ion.
  • Conception d’anodes inertes et de cathodes mouillables pour la production d’aluminium.
